Dark Arts - Taught by Rena

Falcor jumps off of Rena's shoulder and flies toward Sakku, sitting down at her desk. Not noticing, Rena continues writing things on the board. Falcor looks at Reira blankly, wondering what to make of the strange creature.

Reira hides quickly, scared that she might be eaten. Saku looks over at Rena in suspicion.

Still not noticing, Rena continues to write things on the board. Falcor paces slowly around the desk, keeping a suspicious eye on Reira. He moves closer until he gently brushes Reira with his wing and begins chirping.

Joey strolled into class, same as usual, except unshaven and with canteen of what was probably cheap champagne.

Rena narrows her eyes as Joey makes his entrance. "You're looking lovely today." She says sarcastically, trying to keep her cool.

Quickly, reira scampers away down into sakkus pocket, shivering. Frowning at falcor.

Falcor hides his head under his left wing, disheartened by his failed attempt to make a new friend.

"What can I say? I'm sight for sore eyes," Joey replied while signing the attendance sheet.

"Definitely..." She says, slumping down in her chair.

Feels slightly sorry for falcor, so takes out the trembling Reira and whispers. "Falcor is a good bird. If it hurts you, i'll make sure to save you, okay?" Reira looks at her sadly, then walks over to falcor and taps his wing.

"So, whatchu got planned today? Not gonna walk out on us again, are you?" Joey asked staring straight into her face.

Falcor chirps at Sakku, thanking her for the words of encouragement. He chirps again happily and brushes Reira with his wing, doing it's best to make a good impression. Cocking his head to the side, he looks at Reira carefully, smiling of a sort.

Rena looks at Joey. "Wait until class starts and you'll see." She says, hoping she won't loser her patients with Joey again.

Reira falls back onto her backside, looking up at the falcor, a tad scared but remembering what sakku said. Gulping, she lifts up her arm and squeaks as if repsonding.

Joey then hands the sign-in sheet to Sakku, then thought to himself, "Huh... Maybe I could have chucked it at her head and she could have caught it with levitation... Nah... that's too shitty even for me."

Falcor sits down and turns his head, pointing to his back with his beak, as if motioning to hop on.

Reira nervously climbs onto falcors back, but as sakku is distracted, taking the sheet and writing her name down, she doesn't notice.

Falcor readies himself, positioning his back so as not to let Reira fall off and flies out of the room, toward the Astrology tower.

"Here." She hands the sheet to Rena. "Wait...Rena, where'd your falcor go? and reira?"

Rena takes the sheet and looks around. "Uh.. he's usually on my shoulder. I have no idea." She says, puzzled. "Do you think they went somewhere together?" She asks.

Shrugs. "I look away for one frickin second..." Eye twitches.

"Uh, don't worry, Falcor's pretty cool with that stuff. He'll come back to the dorm soon enough." She says, not slightly worried.

"Fine, but if i find reira hurt or dead i'll burder your bird as well as you." Eyes glow red, takes a seat again.

Rena chuckles. "What if Reira has somehow hurt Falcor, what then?" She asks.

"I'll take him to the vet or something and pay all costs."

"As I would do for Reira." She says.
